Mike Billings

President and Co-Founder

Mike Billings, PT, DHSc, MS,has been in the healthcare industry since 1991 with a focus on older adult rehab for most of his career. Mike co-founded our parent company, Infinity Rehab, in 1999 and soon after launched Therapy Solutions Collective.

Mike has held several board-level positions and spoke at numerous conferences and events. He was most recently honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Duke University Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

Keri Crompton

Vice President

Keri brings over 25 years of leadership and experience to her role. Utilizing her clinical and healthcare administrative education she collaborates to create innovative solutions and execution of high-value results for clients.

Jennifer Peddicord

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Jenny Peddicord, MBA, MA, CCC-SLP, has over 15 years of clinical and business development experience in healthcare and educational settings. With a clinical background as a speech-language pathologist specializing in oromyofunctional disorders, she knows healthcare from all aspects. Her passion is equitable access to healthcare and supporting people and communities.

Chris Carleton

Director of Sales

Chris brings over nine years of experience working in the special education industry. He is passionate about K-12 education sales and has a proven track record of success developing long-lasting relationships with school administrators. His goal is to match the right specialist with the right school district to truly help students and districts receive the very best service possible.
